Every plan starts with 30 days free. You add a card when you sign up, but nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you won't be billed.

Only the number of sites: Starter covers 1 site, Growth 5 and Scale 25. Every plan has the same features.

Yes. Admins can buy additional sites at any time, on top of what the plan includes.

Anyone in your organisation can submit an idea. Champions review ideas and drive them through PDCA. Verifiers independently confirm that a finished improvement delivered what it claimed. Admins set up the organisation: brands, sites, departments, KPIs and team members.

A Champion or Verifier reviews it: they score it and approve it, keep it under review, put it on hold or reject it. An approved idea runs through Plan, Do, Check and Act. It then waits for verification, and is completed once a Verifier confirms the outcome.

Someone other than the person who submitted the idea has checked the evidence and confirmed the outcome happened. That separation is the point: a completed idea becomes trustworthy evidence, not a self-reported win.

Yes. Cancel during the 30-day trial and you won't be charged at all. Cancel after that and your subscription runs to the end of the current billing year.

Each organisation's data is kept separate at the database level, and access inside your organisation follows the roles and sites your Admins set. The Privacy Policy explains what's collected and how it's handled.
